welfare of the people involved in Omnibus transport industry. The
Association was established to serve as chain between the
Government and Omni Bus Owners & Operators to facilitate all
necessary integration they need to better serve the Omni Bus
Transport Community. At present the Association is marching
towards its 7th year of excellence with an
assurance to serve better to its members .
We are proud to be backed by 180 members with a
fleet size of 2000 vehicles handling passengers
across Tamilnadu & All India. We solemnly pledge to secure,
protect, promote and safe-guard the rights and interests of the
Omni Bus Owners & Operators and to work for removal of
disparity, if any.
We educate our members the importance of safety by conducting
periodical safety awareness programs, the association oversees the
strict implementation of the safety rules, procedures and
guidelines of the state and work hand in hand with the authorities
to ensure the safety of the Drivers, passengers and the general
public.
We conduct periodical Medical Camps to early identify and diagnose
any health issues the driver fraternity might have.
AOBOOA also patiently lends an ear to the passengers complaints
and grievances via telephonic and online customer grievances
redressal systems and facilitate quick and fair redressal.
This web site will serve as a guide and also as abridge to connect
members from different location to join hands in protecting the
transport industry, commuters and the general public too. Since
the the inception of the Association in 2013 we
strive to kindle the spirit of oneness among transport operators,
agents, owners, to liaise with the government in dealing various
policy matters like fare revision, to maintain harmonious
relationships with staff, driver fraternity and to carry out
welfare activities that benefit the entire transport community.
